2. Warranty and Liability
2.1. Limited Warranty : Shining Solution offers a limited warranty for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is subject to the condition that the product has been used in accordance with these terms of use and has not been subject to abuse, accidental damage, or modification.
2.2. Warranty limitations : The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper use or abuse.
- Exposure to extremes of temperature or humidity that exceed product specifications.
- Accidents, modifications, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
2.3. Limitation of Liability : Shining Solution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this product. Shining Solution is not responsible for damage to persons or property resulting from improper use.
3. Maintenance and Care
3.1. Battery handling : Use only recommended battery types for our products. Regularly check the batteries for signs of leakage or corrosion. Replace the batteries according to the manufacturer's instructions and store the product without batteries if it is not going to be used for an extended period of time.
3.2. Cleaning : Washing instructions are referred to on the product page. Wash at 30*C and inside out so that the print on the shirt is not destroyed or worn out.
4. Rights and Ownership
4.1. Intellectual Property Rights : All intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights related to this product and its design belong to Blukar. Use of these rights without express written permission is prohibited.
